You can force new invitees to use SSO in order to respond to the invitation and access the system. This option is available under the ‘Invite New Users’ section. Doing this would guarantee they belong to your institution.
Yes. You can synchronize your bookings on Clustermarket with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook (most versions), and other calendar services that support “iCal”. Your iCal link will appear below the calendar on the My Dashboard page after clicking on Keep track of your bookings in an external mail or calendar app and opting in.
For Outlook: according to Microsoft Support, the calendar will synchronize a couple of times a day. If you want to force the calendar to update, you can remove current subscription and then relink by subscribing to it again. This has worked for some users in the past.For Google Calendar: Google does not have a definitive statement on how often the system will synchronize the calendar. Some forums suggest it can take up to 24 hours. Removing a Google Calendar subscription and re-adding it will not force an update.
